Job summary

Energychem Industry, Inc. is seeking an organized Internal Sales Coordinator to support our growing Sales Team in Manila.

You will coordinate quotations from inquiry to follow-up, communicate with clients, suppliers, and product principals, and maintain accurate sales logs. The role also involves Field Service scheduling support, client accreditation documentation, and light marketing/materials coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years' experience in sales coordination, internal sales, customer service, or administrative support.
• Experience in quotation preparation, supplier coordination, industrial trading, or engineering-related products is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines with initiative and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review client RFQs and Purchase Requisitions; coordinate supplier/principal inquiries for pricing, availability, lead time, and commercial terms.
• Prepare, check, issue, monitor, and follow up sales quotations in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate quotation, sales, and Field Service monitoring logs and support the completion of service reports.
• Coordinate supplier, client, and internal follow-ups related to product requirements, delivery timing, quotation revisions, and documentation.
• Process and monitor new and renewed client accreditations, including required company documents and validity dates.
• Support basic company marketing activities, including website/Facebook updates, company profile and marketing materials, and industry-event coordination.
