Job Description
The Internal Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing employee engagement, internal communication, recognition, and corporate culture initiatives that strengthen employee experience and organizational alignment. This role leads the planning and execution of company events, town hall meetings, employee recognition programs, internal campaigns, and communications while producing creative visual and multimedia content that supports company objectives. The Internal Marketing Manager works closely with leadership teams, department heads, and executives to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Internal Events
- Plan, organize, and execute monthly company events, activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Lead the coordination and management of monthly Town Hall meetings, including event planning, program flow, presentation support, and employee participation initiatives.
- Develop creative programs that promote company culture, employee morale, and team collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate engagement activities and recommend improvements based on employee feedback.
Employee Recognition Programs
- Manage employee recognition initiatives and rewards programs.
- Prepare and design certificates, recognition materials, and award presentations for employees.
- Coordinate recognition campaigns that celebrate employee achievements, milestones, and company values.
Internal Communications
- Create and distribute internal announcements, newsletters, updates, and company communications.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communication of company initiatives, policies, and executive messages.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to align communications with organizational goals.
Creative Design & Multimedia Production
- Design marketing and communication materials using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other creative tools.
- Create engaging graphics, digital assets, presentations, and visual content for internal campaigns and events.
- Produce and edit videos for company announcements, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all internal communication materials.
Executive & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare and present proposals, concepts, and engagement strategies for executive approval.
- Develop presentation materials for leadership meetings and executive reviews.
- Collaborate with senior management to secure approval and support for employee engagement initiatives.
- Present recommendations and creative concepts confidently and professionally.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Track budgets and timelines for internal marketing and engagement activities.
- Provide post-event reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar platforms.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
