Job summary

ClearSourceBPO in Pasig City is seeking an Interconnection Coordinator to review, prepare, submit, and manage solar interconnection packages in line with utility requirements. You will coordinate payments and facilitate jurisdictional comments and revisions while recording corrections and updating internal databases to drive continuous process improvement.

Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will keep projects moving smoothly from installation to activation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a US Interconnection Coordinator, or US solar experience with permit coordination or project coordination.
• College graduate of any course

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, submit, and manage solar interconnection packages in accordance with utility requirements and support the application throughout its lifecycle.
• Coordinate payments, facilitate jurisdictional comments and revisions, record corrections, and update databases for process improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline team processes and maintain momentum on active projects.

What will you do as anInterconnection Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Review,prepare,submit, andreceive solar interconnection packagesin accordance withutility requirementsandsupporttheapplicationthroughout its lifecycle.

• Coordinate payments,communicatewith internal parties tofacilitateproperjurisdictionscomments/revisions,recordcorrectionsandupdate database(s)forprocess improvement, andcollaboratetostreamlineteam processes.

• Ensure high qualityofsubmissions(and approval rates) bystaying up to dateon all solar submission processes and Utility requirements.

• Adheretoestablishedscheduleasdesignatedby leadership.

• Maintain professionalismandresponsivenessinworkplaceand onlinecommunications.

• Make meaningful contributionsin all weekly meetings (1x1’s and team huddles) bymaintainingengagement through questions and responses.
