Job summary

ClearSource in Pasig City seeks an Interconnection Coordinator to manage solar interconnection packages from submission to approval. You will coordinate with utilities and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely submissions and support the full lifecycle of each project.

The role requires a detail‑oriented, process‑driven candidate with at least 6 months experience in US Residential Solar Interconnection, especially with CA Utilities.

• Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to coordinate with utilities and internal teams.
• Able to review, prepare, submit and manage interconnection packages throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, submit and receive solar interconnection packages per utility requirements and lifecycle.
• Coordinate payments and communicate with internal parties to facilitate proper jurisdictions and revisions.
• Maintain databases and record corrections to drive process improvement and streamline team processes.

In this role, you willreview,prepare,submit, andmanagesolar interconnection
packagesinaccordancewithutility requirements, supporting each application throughout its full lifecycle.You’llcoordinate payments,facilitatejurisdictional comments and revisions, record corrections, andupdate internal databasesto drivecontinuous process improvement. Yourabilitytocollaborate cross-functionallywill be key instreamlining workflowsandmaintainingmomentumon active projects.

What will you do as anInterconnection Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Review,prepare,submit, andreceive solar interconnection packagesin accordance withutility requirementsandsupporttheapplicationthroughout its lifecycle.

Coordinate payments,communicatewith internal parties tofacilitateproperjurisdictionscomments/revisions,recordcorrectionsandupdate database(s)forprocess improvement, andcollaboratetostreamlineteam processes.

Ensure high qualityofsubmissions(and approval rates) bystaying up to dateon all solar submission processes and Utility requirements.

Adheretoestablishedscheduleasdesignatedby leadership.

Maintain professionalismandresponsivenessinworkplaceand onlinecommunications.

Make meaningful contributionsin all weekly meetings (1x1’s and team huddles) bymaintainingengagement through questions and responses.
