You will oversee settlements, reconciliations, postings, and balance monitoring, while coaching team members and reporting progress to stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in finance and accounting, including experience in SAP ERP and Shared Services.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 8+ years in finance and accounting roles.
• Experience in ATR/RTR operations or finance transformation is a plus.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is required.

• Lead the team supporting intercompany processing, settlements, reconciliations, postings, and balance monitoring.
• Plan workloads to ensure timely delivery of project close and separation activities.
• Review outputs for compliance with accounting policies and project requirements.
• Monitor balances and escalations, resolving issues with stakeholders.
