RGP Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead (Intercompany) to oversee intercompany accounting operations during a strategic divestiture transition. The role is fixed-term and hybrid, located at BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila.

You will lead the accounting team, ensure accurate intercompany processing, and coordinate with finance colleagues to resolve balances while maintaining strong controls and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related finance field.
• Leadership experience in managing an accounting team.
• Strong intercompany accounting and reconciliation background.
• Proficient in financial systems and journal entry preparation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to meet fixed timelines during divestiture.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the accounting team with daily operations and deliverables.
• Process intercompany transactions and ensure proper coding and documentation.
• Prepare journal entries and postings for intercompany activity.
• Monitor reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.
• Support period-end close and intercompany reconciliation.
