RGP is seeking an experienced Intercompany & Procurement Accountant to support finance activities related to divestiture and legal entity separation projects. You will help separate intercompany relationships, procurement transactions, vendor balances, POs, and financial data between the divested entity and the remaining organization.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate identification, reconciliation, and transition of transactions and balances throughout the separation

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
• Experience in intercompany or procurement accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze intercompany transactions and balances impacted by the legal entity separation.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the separation activities and journal entries for intercompany settlements.
• Coordinate with procurement and AP teams to transfer or close POs and vendor accounts.
• Support period-end close and accounting analyses during separation.
