Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA preferred/required.
• 8+ years in accounting, including GL or R2R operations.
• Experience leading teams in Shared Services/GBS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end intercompany accounting across global regions.
• Ensure timely month-end close and financial reporting.
• Set team goals, monitor performance, and coach staff.
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and stakeholders to drive excellence.
• Ensure GAAP/SOX compliance and strong internal controls.
• Resolve complex accounting issues and provide escalation support.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve finance processes.
• Oversee business continuity planning and long-term strategy.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
