IWG is seeking an experienced Intercompany Accountant to join the Intercompany Team. You will manage accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end close across global entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires at least 6 years in finance, 4 years in a supervisory capacity, and proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a multinational environment. A proactive problem-solver who champions process improvements is ideal.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years experience in Finance and Accounting in a multinational setting.
• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with intercompany processes within a multinational/shared services environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams and build relationships with Finance Leaders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
• Track record of delivering results and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Complete operational activity for intercompany, including recharging, settlements, netting and balance mismatch resolution.
• Ensure month-end close postings and reconciliations are completed on time.
• Review data accuracy and mitigate financial risks with proactive controls.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations across Intercompany globally and resolve items timely.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet accounts and coordinate with stakeholders for timely actions.
• Provide support to auditors, Group HQ Finance, Tax and Treasury as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements within GSC finance and related teams.
