Job summary
Dexcom Philippines, part of the Dexcom CGM technologies family, is seeking an Integrations Support professional. This role combines hands-on production support with monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement across global teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in production-support for integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed integration flows end‑to‑end.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production integrations, APIs, event streams, and cloud‑based services across platforms.
- Investigate alerts, logs, failed transactions, performance issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
- Participate in incident response and coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
- Execute operational recovery activities following approved runbooks and change controls.
- Create, tune and maintain observability in Datadog and related tools.
- Maintain runbooks, escalation paths, and knowledge base for ICoE support.
