Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an Integration Support professional within its Global IT Integrations team.

You will monitor and support production integrations, APIs, event streams, and cloud-based services, resolving incidents and driving automation across the integration environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, execute recovery procedures, and contribute to service stability and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in production-support of distributed integration flows.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed integration flows from source through middleware to downstream systems.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, JSON or XML payloads, event-driven integration, message brokers, logs, and transaction tracing.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies like Kafka/Confluent, Oracle Integration Cloud, Apigee, cloud-hosted microservices, or enterprise API platforms.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog and ServiceNow for incident detection and resolution.
• Understanding of containerized and cloud environments, Kubernetes, GCP, deployment views, and service health indicators.
• Excellent incident communication, diagnostic questioning, evidence documentation, and coordination across teams.
• Experience with ITIL, SRE, cloud platforms, integration platforms, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production integrations, APIs, event streams, scheduled interfaces, microservices, connectors, and cloud-based services.
• Investigate alerts, logs, failed transactions, performance issues, and service interruptions; communicate impact and resolutions.
• Participate in incident and major-incident response with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Execute operational recovery activities per runbooks, including restarts and data recovery procedures.
• Develop and maintain observability in Datadog and related tools to preempt disruptions.
• Create and maintain support runbooks, escalation paths, and knowledge base materials.
• Support releases, maintenance windows, upgrades, and validation to ensure successful recovery.
• Analyze recurring errors and coordinate with engineering to improve resilience and data quality.
• Perform SOX and ISO 27001 activities including evidence collection and risk assessments.
