Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an Integration Support engineer to monitor and support production integrations, APIs, and cloud-based services. The role focuses on incident response, runbook execution, and improving resilience across global platforms.

You will work with Datadog, Kubernetes, and cloud environments to detect issues, coordinate with engineering, and ensure reliable customer outcomes in a dynamic CGM technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in production support for integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed integration flows from source to downstream systems.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, event-driven integration, logs, and tracing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production integrations, APIs, event streams, and cloud-based interfaces.
• Investigate alerts, logs, failed transactions, and performance issues; drive resolution with clear communication.
• Participate in incident and major-incident response with cross-functional teams.
• Execute recovery activities following approved runbooks and change controls.
• Develop and maintain observability in Datadog and related tools.
• Create runbooks, escalation paths, and knowledge base materials for ICoE.
• Support releases, maintenance windows, and production validation for integrations.
• Analyze recurring errors, document root causes, and work with engineering to improve resilience.
