Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is hiring for an Integration Support role within Global IT Integrations. The team ensures reliable production integrations, APIs, and cloud-based services, partnering with global teams to resolve issues quickly and drive automation across the environment.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize complex integration flows while following runbooks and change processes to protect system stability and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in production support for integrated systems.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed integration flows from source to downstream systems.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON or XML payloads, event-driven integration, message brokers, logs, and transaction tracing.
• Experience with Kafka or Confluent, Oracle Integration Cloud, Apigee, cloud-hosted microservices, or enterprise API platforms.
• Familiarity with observability and service-management tools such as Datadog and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of containerized and cloud environments; knowledge of Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent incident communication, diagnostics, and coordination across multiple teams.
• Demonstrates end-to-end ownership, security, audit readiness, and reliable customer outcomes.
• Experience with Oracle EBS/Fusion, Salesforce, manufacturing/warehouse systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production integrations, APIs, event streams, scheduled interfaces, microservices, connectors, and cloud-based integration services across platforms.
• Investigate alerts, logs, failed transactions, performance issues, and service interruptions; drive resolution with clear communication.
• Participate in incident and major-incident response, coordinating with multiple teams and external vendors.
• Safe execution of recovery activities such as reprocessing, restarts, and pause/resume per runbooks.
• Maintain observability in Datadog and related tools, identifying conditions before they disrupt business.
• Create and maintain runbooks, escalation paths, and knowledge base articles within the ICoE.
• Support releases, maintenance windows, cutovers, upgrades, and production validation.
• Analyze recurring errors and document root causes; partner with engineering for improvements.
• Perform SOX and ISO 27001 compliance activities as needed.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting to reduce manual effort and errors.
