Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support international projects across multiple service lines. Hub engineers provide discipline design and engineering support to hub office project teams, focusing on mechanical, electrical and structural disciplines.

You will deliver design input, produce or check models in Revit or AutoCAD, and coordinate with multi‑discipline teams to meet project programmes across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering with progress toward professional registration or chartership considered an advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a design consultancy, engineering consultancy, or engineering design role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design principles with proficiency in discipline-specific design and analysis software, plus working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience contributing to the design of technically complex building projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering design, calculations and technical input within own discipline to agreed scopes and programmes.
• Produce or edit discipline drawings and models in Revit or AutoCAD where required.
• Support QA processes, record design inputs and changes clearly, and assist peer reviews.
• Develop technical depth and collaborate across the hub and with project teams.
