Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is building a Design & Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support international projects and hub offices. The Team Leader will establish the hub, set up processes, recruit and train staff, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

The role requires 5–10 years of engineering leadership, strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills, plus experience coordinating globally dispersed teams across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

The candidate will hold a relevant engineering degree and may have PE/Chartered status as an advantage.
5–10 years of experience as an Engineering Lead, preferably in consulting or global delivery.
Experience leading multinational, multi-country projects in data centers, commercial, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead establishment of the Production Hub, including team structure, workflows and onboarding.
Plan and balance workload across multiple projects and time zones.
Ensure quality with review/sign-off against project standards and client requirements.
Develop capability growth and discipline depth within the team.
Line manage the hub team and foster collaboration across offices.
