Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support project delivery for diverse building typologies, including data centres. You will develop layouts, test fits and massing in Revit, produce coordinated drawings, and support hub teams from feasibility through design development.

The role requires 3–5 years in architectural practice, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and knowledge of BIM workflows, codes, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience developing architectural layouts across multiple building typologies.
Proficiency in Revit for architectural modelling with knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
Strong knowledge of building codes and fire safety regulations; coordination with structures and building services.
Excellent graphic, presentation and communication skills; experience with visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop building layouts, test fits and space plans from client briefs and hub direction.
Work across commercial, industrial, residential and data centre typologies.
Produce plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules from Revit models.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines; support clash resolution.
Produce presentation drawings and 3D views for client reports and bids.
