Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support international projects and hub offices. BIM Technicians create accurate Revit models and drawings, build and maintain families, and work across disciplines to meet demanding programmes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Hub engineers, architectural teams and cross‑regional project teams, delivering quality outputs on schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, Drafting, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience as a BIM Technician, BIM Modeler, or Design Technician in relevant environments.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM/design software with model coordination and drawing production experience.

Responsibilities

Model Production: build and develop Revit models across disciplines to hub standards.
Drawings & Documentation: produce general arrangement drawings, sections, details, and schedules from the model.
Coordination & Quality: perform clash detection and ensure model health per standards.
Delivery: meet hours and programme deadlines; manage workload and time zones.
Development & Collaboration: expand skills across disciplines and collaborate with hub teams.
