Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is launching a Philippines-based Design and Engineering Production Hub. You will lead the setup and growth of the hub, building the team and defining workflows to deliver high-quality, on-time outputs for international projects.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing capability development, while aligning with project teams across SEA, the UK and Australia. Strong leadership in a global delivery context is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-country projects (Data Centers, corporate fit-outs, commercial buildings).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment of the Production Hub, including team structure and workflows.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and training to achieve a full team within six months.
• Plan, resource and balance workload across projects, offices and time zones.
• Own quality management processes and ensure outputs meet client standards and codes.
• Develop the Hub's capability toward design and engineering delivery and growth targets.
