Accenture Philippines is seeking a Business Interlock Manager to lead and optimize training operations for insurance clients in a hybrid setup. You will oversee annual planning, demand management and program governance, coordinating with client sponsors and internal teams to ensure training excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training management, deep insurance domain experience, and strong supervisory and communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing training/training management, i.e., training lead running training operations, managing training from new hires to foundation, process training, continuous improvement.
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in general insurance.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience.
• Contact center experience is required; insurance contact center is preferred, NOT required.
• With excellent comms skills and stakeholder management experience.
