Cognizant is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a Non-Life Insurance Account in Taguig, Philippines. This onsite role requires strong English communication and customer service skills to assist customers with policy inquiries, billing questions, and insurance-related requests.

You will document interactions, meet performance targets, and follow compliance procedures while delivering excellent service.

Formación

• Experience in customer service environments is preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are required.
• Ability to handle policy-related inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently.
