Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with policy inquiries, account concerns, billing questions, and insurance-related requests
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems
• Meet customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality targets
• Follow insurance compliance requirements and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with support teams to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills during every customer interaction
