ESOL IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support an insurance account. The role emphasizes customer focus, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions while maintaining high service standards.

You will respond to calls, provide policy information, assist with updates, document interactions, and collaborate with other departments. On-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, with a dayshift schedule.

Competenze

At least 1 year of BPO experience.
Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2nd year of college.
Good to excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
Willing to work on a dayshift schedule.

Mansioni

Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding insurance policies and services.
Provide accurate information about policy coverage, benefits, billing, and account-related concerns.
Assist customers with policy updates, requests, and general insurance-related transactions.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
