Qualifications

• Good to excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy inquiries, billing, claims status, and updates.
• Provide accurate information and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Document all interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups.
