Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking ambitious professionals to join the Agency Distribution team as part of the risk and compliance function. The role acts as the first line of defense to uphold Business Quality through monitoring and adherence to SOPs.

You will coordinate with Business Units, send reminders, review policy replacements, report violations, and support ad-hoc analysis with risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• University/College Graduate.
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledgeable in various insurance distribution or insurance business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• People oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
