• Oversee the agency movements across hierarchy and segments: onboarding/offboarding, promotions, demotions, segmentation tagging, and related movements.
• Manage agency applications, records in the Agency Administration System, contract issuance/validation, license renewal, and liaison with the Insurance Commission.
• Develop and deploy agency management systems and the Licensing Operations Manual; ensure compliance with InsCom requirements.
