Job summary

AIA is seeking a Risk & Compliance Specialist in the Philippines to manage the administration of the risk and compliance framework for AIAIM PH. You will assist in formulating and implementing control procedures, monitor adherence, and prepare regulatory and risk reports.

The role requires a law/finance/business background with at least 3 years in trust compliance or risk management, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in trust compliance, risk management, or investment compliance.
• Familiarity with trust regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with investment compliance systems and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

About the Role

• The Risk & Compliance Specialist is responsible for administration of the risk and compliance framework of AIAIM PH.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly convey compliance requirements to various collaborators
