Job summary

AIA in Makati is seeking a role to support the effective administration of policyowner services by accurately processing policy benefits and maturities within established turnaround times and service level targets.

The role ensures seamless coordination with stakeholders, adherence to risk and compliance requirements, and the delivery of high-quality customer service through timely request handling, reporting, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in insurance operations support.
• Knowledge: Background in insurance and banking/financial industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned customer requests within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
• Manage policy changes, billing and collections, and policy benefits and maturities requests/adjustments promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of policy owner administration activities.
• Support handling of all assigned requests within approved authority limits and meet SLA targets.
