Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CFA or similar qualifications are an advantage.
• At least 5 years in insurance, banking, or product management.
• Experience in insurance program development and portfolio management.
• Licensed Insurance Agent for Life/Non-Life products, accredited by Insurance Commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement insurance products, programs, and cross-selling initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by monitoring program performance, penetration, and profitability.
• Design features, pricing structures, benefits, and value propositions for insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with insurance and bancassurance partners.
• Lead rollout of programs with structured workflows, training, and sales enablement materials.
• Analyze portfolio performance using key metrics: sales, persistency, profitability, attrition, penetration.
• Develop incentive programs to support sales channels.
• Conduct industry research and market assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure documentation, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the Bank with regulatory bodies as Soliciting Officer for insurance operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution of initiatives.
• Handle escalated customer concerns related to insurance programs.
