Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• MBA / CPA / CFA advantageous.
• Experience in financial institutions, especially product development.
• Experience in cards business and payment solutions is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing departments or teams.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, BSP guidelines, and payment schemes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry trends analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities.
• Develop, enhance, and manage card products, features, and services.
• Lead product conceptualization, business case development, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing teams throughout development initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and propose enhancements to maintain competitiveness.
