Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, insurance, or business development.
• Experience handling manpower agencies, travel agencies, or insurance-related products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with proven sales achievement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with manpower and travel agencies to grow the OFW and Travel Insurance portfolio.
• Identify and manage partnerships with agencies and referral channels.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and business development activities.
• Promote OFW Insurance, Travel Insurance, and related products.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop marketing initiatives to raise product awareness.
• Coordinate with agency partners on offerings, policy issuance, and queries.
• Maintain sales records, pipelines, and account documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Participate in marketing events, trade fairs, and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
