Job summary

Asia Pacific Group is seeking a dynamic sales professional in the Philippines to drive growth across B2B and B2C channels. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, onboarding partners, and boosting OSHC & OVHC adoption through strategic policy alignment.

You will lead generation, convert inquiries into sales, and leverage social media to create promotional content, while maintaining strong client relationships and traveling for meetings and events to close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Confident, presentable and proactive in sales & marketing.
• Highly active on social media with video content creation skills (desirable).
• Willing to travel within the Philippines for meetings and events.
• Prior experience in education marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by acquiring new clients through direct channels, while onboarding partners to promote OSHC & OVHC via Budget Policy.
• Identify and pursue potential clients, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
• Actively engage on social media, create promotional content, and leverage digital platforms to generate leads and boost sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Meet clients, attend industry events, and visit education agents, universities, and businesses to close deals.
• Track performance metrics, meet or exceed sales targets, and provide market insights to management.
