Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp. in Davao City is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer at the Supervisor level (Individual Contributor) to drive branch growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and business partners, and developing a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Good business communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to conduct field activities and client visits.
• Organized and proactive with ability to manage multiple prospects.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Davao/Tagum market and surrounding business segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, agents, producers, dealers, and business partners.
• Develop and refer prospective agents/producers and support their business development activities.
• Prospect for corporate, dealer, and institutional accounts and endorse qualified opportunities for evaluation.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring prospects are properly tracked and followed up on.
• Conduct regular client, producer, dealer calls, visits, and presentations to generate qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Underwriting team by providing complete and timely client and account information.
• Identify opportunities for additional business through strong client and producer relationships.
• Monitor marketing activities and provide accurate and timely pipeline and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with branch directives, company policies, and established processes.
