Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a senior team leader to manage and coach a billing-oriented team in Taguig. The role requires onsite work with night shifts, guiding supervisors, and ensuring top-tier customer service while upholding company policies.

You will monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve complex billing issues and maintain accurate financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 2 years finish of any college course is required.
• At least 6 years of People Management experience.
• Experience handling Insurance Brokerage accounts is preferred.
• Experience with other Insurance campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders/supervisors to ensure high performance and customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and provide feedback.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with resolutions balancing customer satisfaction and policy.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and Customer Service to resolve billing issues and improve workflows.
• Lead projects to optimize the billing function and enhance customer experience.
