You will collaborate with IT, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues, drive process improvements, and document business requirements. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience.
• Experience handling Insurance Brokerage accounts.
• Amenable to work onsite and night shift in Taguig.
• At least 2 years finisher of any college course.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders/supervisors to ensure high performance and customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Handle escalated customer concerns, providing resolutions that balance customer satisfaction and company policies.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve systemic billing issues.
• Collaborate and implement possible identified solutions to enhance workflows, reduce errors, and improve billing accuracy.
• Lead or contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the billing function and improving customer experience.
• Develop and document business requirements for new processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
