Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound lead generation.
• Strong verbal communication with a professional phone presence.
• Experience using a CRM to log calls and manage pipelines.
• Familiarity with VoIP platforms such as RingCentral or similar tools.
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and maintain high call volumes.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to manage lead lists and follow-up schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using fresh web leads and aged lead lists.
• Qualify leads by assessing their interest and insurance needs before transferring to licensed producers.
• Perform warm transfers of qualified prospects to available producers in real time.
• Schedule appointments for leads who are interested in receiving quotes.
• Follow up with prospects via email and text to nurture leads and drive engagement.
• Update and maintain lead records, dispositions, and notes in the CRM system.
• Track lead source performance to help the team identify the most productive channels.
• Collaborate with the team to refine calling scripts, outreach strategies, and qualification criteria.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on what is working and where processes can be improved.
