Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound calling.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence.
• Experience logging calls and managing pipelines in a CRM.
• Familiarity with VoIP dialing platforms like RingCentral.
• Ability to handle rejection and sustain high call volumes.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organization to manage lead lists and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using fresh leads and aged lists.
• Qualify leads by assessing interest and insurance needs before transferring to producers.
• Perform warm transfers of qualified prospects to producers in real time.
• Schedule appointments for leads interested in quotes.
• Follow up with prospects via email and text to nurture leads.
• Update and maintain lead records, dispositions, and notes in the CRM.
• Track lead source performance to identify productive channels.
• Collaborate with the team to refine calling scripts, outreach strategies, and qualification criteria.
• Provide feedback on process improvements.
