• Maintain relationships with Orphan customers and Upsell to assigned base.
• Ensure renewal collection and AUM conservation for the base.
• Allocate leads to team members and monitor topline and health metrics.
• Guide the sales process, lead conversion, and closure of sales.
• Recruit, train, and manage attrition within the team.
