Qualificações

• Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in sales management or team leadership preferred.
• Strong ability to coach and mentor a sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure achievement of Targets (Premium & NAAC) to contribute to overall growth of the company.
• Mentor, supervise and coach the team; provide on-the-job and classroom training.
• Recruit, develop and train team members to maximize productivity.
• Manage a sales team to achieve region-wide targets and maintain process discipline.
• Lead generation and conversion through advisory selling techniques.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to drive performance and productivity.
