We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for an Insurance Account. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of handling inquiries related to insurance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Handle inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, billing, and coverage
• Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, and account concerns

Qualifications
