Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking experienced MOA Insurance Account Advisors to join our Pasay City team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to insurance clients, handling inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

You will contribute to sales targets through cross-selling while upholding regulatory standards and delivering professional support with empathy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, especially in insurance or financial services.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency with CRM software and call center tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in insurance or customer service desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, addressing policy and claims inquiries.
