Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails regarding insurance inquiries.
• Process policy applications, modifications, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
• Provide detailed information on insurance products, coverage, premiums, and terms.
• Resolve complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
• Document all interactions in the company system for accurate records.
