Job summary

IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence. The role focuses on pharma and biosimilar sales, hospital account management, formulary inclusion, and engagement with hospital stakeholders.

A valid driving license with a personal car is a plus and may include an additional allowance. We seek candidates with track records in meeting sales quotas, strong communication, and the ability to explain products to pharmacists and doctors.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience is required.
• Experience in hospital account management is preferred.
• Experience in driving formulary inclusion and engaging hospital stakeholders.
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel.
• Track record of meeting sales quota.
• Ability to learn about products and describe to pharmacists/doctors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area knowledge is a plus.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection; strong negotiation skills.
• Driving license with personal car adds value to the role.
