Job summary

Benifex is seeking two skilled Instructional Designers to transform static learning content into engaging, scalable digital experiences. You will design end-to-end learning journeys, ensure accessibility, and align with our LMS standards while collaborating with SMEs across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes building certification pathways, assessments, and high-quality learning content within a SaaS/tech context, with a focus on impactful learner outcomes and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer (LXD), eLearning Designer or similar role.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing modern digital learning solutions.
• Extensive experience designing end-to-end learning programmes.
• Experience creating certification pathways and assessment frameworks.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theory and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience transforming complex technical or business content into engaging learner experiences.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning Experience Design: Analyse existing materials and create digital learning pathways using ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles.
• Content Development: Build interactive modules, simulations, branching scenarios, and microlearning assets.
• Assessment & Knowledge Validation: Design knowledge checks, summative and formative assessments, certifications and accreditation pathways.
• LMS & Learning Technology: Package SCORM-compliant content and optimise for LMS delivery and reporting.
• Brand & Quality Standards: Maintain visual consistency, templates, and design guidelines across content.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with SMEs to extract knowledge and manage multiple projects.
