Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders and SMEs to design, develop, and maintain training materials that enable employees to succeed.

This role focuses on adult learning, content development, and measurable outcomes. You will design ILT, virtual, and self-paced solutions, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Instructional Design or related fields.
• Experience designing training materials for adult learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Create engaging training materials including guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to develop effective learning experiences.
• Transform complex information into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content requirements.
• Update materials reflecting process, product, and policy changes.
• Ensure content accuracy and consistency with business requirements.
• Manage revisions and maintain documentation standards.
• Analyze results and propose improvements to learning programs.
