Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to partner with the Instructional Design Manager and SMEs to craft engaging learning modules, course maps, and trainer guides. You’ll develop microlearning videos and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences for employees and stakeholders.

You will apply adult learning principles, design scalable solutions, and collaborate across teams to ensure measurable learning outcomes and impactful performance improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Proficiency in LMS, authoring tools (Articulate 360), multimedia tools (Vyond, Adobe CC, Canva, Genially).
• Ability to create engaging instructional materials and multimedia resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored learning solutions.
• Create engaging instructional materials using multimedia and technology tools.
• Develop curriculum outlines and learning pathways for diverse learners.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Leverage LMS and educational technologies to deliver scalable experiences across platforms.
• Ensure quality through reviews, assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to delivery within timelines and budget.
• Train and support trainers and learners on instructional materials and tools.
• Stay updated on trends in instructional design and edtech.
