CEF Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning experiences that boost employee performance and align with business goals.

You will partner with subject matter experts to design, develop, and maintain training materials for adult learners, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with processes. This role emphasizes content management, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instructional Design or related.
• Experience designing training for adult learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Create participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Operations Leaders to gather content requirements.
