Job summary

TigerUX in Metro Manila is seeking a results-driven outbound sales professional for a Monday-to-Friday night shift. You will manage deals from initial contact to close, conduct outbound calls to acquire new accounts, and keep detailed CRM records.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B SaaS, strong English, and ability to document client information for job creation, handle objections, and coordinate with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B contact center or SaaS sales with KPIs.
• Clear, confident English with neutral accent.
• Experience documenting client information for job creation.
• Proven ability to lead live call conversations and negotiations.

• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and objection-handling skills.


• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.


• Comfortable handling high call volumes and short B2B outbound calling cycles.


• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
