Job summary

Asiacruit BPO, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive revenue through customer engagement, lead qualification, and order processing. You will identify customer needs, present solutions, manage inquiries, and support the full sales cycle with cross-functional teams.

The role may be remote and will work with international customers, prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, with a Tue-Fri schedule and a night shift from 10pm to 9am, onsite at 27th Floor PBCom Tower, Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, sales, or related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, account management, retail, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, prospecting, CRM, and consultative selling.
• Experience using CRM platforms, sales tools, communication systems, spreadsheets, or order management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle objections professionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, email, chat, video meetings, social media, and other sales channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product questions, service requests, and sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, timeline, fit, and intent.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and follow-up discussions.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, order details, pricing, and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Record interactions, opportunities, activities, and outcomes in CRM.
