Level Up Talent Solutions OPC in Cebu City seeks a Lean-Pro Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth and build lasting client relationships. The role involves guiding customers, selling products, and contributing to client growth through direct sales outreach.

You will conduct outbound calls, maintain follow-up, tailor conversations, and meet sales quotas with a professional demeanor. A relevant degree and BPO experience are preferred, with benefits including HMO and government-mandated

Qualifications

• 6 months of BPO experience (voice-based).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a Business-related field.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell products/services, nurturing leads and driving sales
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure continued interest and engagement
• Tailor conversations to meet customer needs, ensuring personalized service and recommendations
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing concerns and questions promptly
• Adhere to ethical sales practices, company policies, and quality standards, avoiding misleading claims
• Collaborate with other departments to refer customer needs and inquiries as appropriate
• Work towards and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
