Job summary

Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Metro Manila. You will drive customer engagement, lead generation, outbound calls, and closing sales in a fast-paced BPO environment, while meeting targets with a professional, solutions‑oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of inside sales experience, strong BPO background, excellent English, and proven CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of inside sales, telesales, lead generation or outbound sales experience.
• Strong BPO or call center background, preferably supporting sales or account management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally and persuasively.
• Qualify prospects, identify needs, and recommend products or services.
• Conduct product presentations and communicate key features and value propositions.
• Address questions and objections to move prospects through the funnel.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure CRM records are up to date.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations to support campaigns.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, products and industry developments.
